One Account rates cut

Got the final decision. Ombudsman upholds us partly as did the adjudicator. This is the end of the road so we have accepted the token payment as it's better than nothing. Disappointed, but we feel that the way V1 handled us so badly has been recognised.

Oh well.

Hi got a letter today from OA stating they are increaseing my rate by 0.25% i havent heard of any BofE changes has anyone else?
