ChristmasShopper - welcome. This thread will change your life :D . As you've come in at the end of the week, don't try to catch up, as everything will come round again (with variations, as Pigpen likes to keep us on our toes).

You don't have to iron your dusters and have colour-coded pegs, but if you do, Valli & Tag will be keen to enrol you in their laundry fetish support group ;)

It's amazing how quickly things will sort themselves out if you tick a few things off each time, and as you make progress it gets easier, as the starting point is better every week. I can now have visitors... as long as they don't go into my study!

She has had visitors once AFAIK (but they must have been really special friends cos she turned on the heating! :rotfl::rotfl: and that was this week)

I am not obsessive about other people's pegs (although I have been known to comment about sloppliy presented washing lines and washing on them - note no wink I am not joking) you do as you please....I like washing and I like cleaning my bathroom despite the abuse it gets from DS...as for the other rooms - pshaw [STRIKE]Bloody hell[/STRIKE]goodness gracious me...it's Friday!

So the question is what gave you that impression. Was it the high-quality video that clearly showed my dewy, youthful skin  ? Or is it the level of maturity in my posts :p ?

Remember there are three stages in a woman's life... horses, hormones & horticulture... sadly I seem to be moving from stage 2 to 3... (although I have tried to avoid mowing the grass for most of this year!).

Dyou know I have no clue but I was under the impression (you've spoiled it now) that you were 28! And the video made no difference to that!

Hello Christmas Shopper - don't mind me!

    And (Thanks Dorothy Parker) remember

    You can take a horticulture...

...but you can't make her think!

I'm not doing the hormone joke!!!

    G'night flymates...blessings on you all...sweetest dreams....

Polka - have we managed to completely reprogramme you?! You're becoming scarily efficient (and as for getting your DS joining in... it's worrying!). I won't be able to do the 26th either, so I'll keep you company. Or we could even have a south-east get together at the same time if anyone else is interested (and if I've sorted out my baking stuff by then :o , I can hand it over to you... deadlines are good for me!)

Aaahhh, that's so sweet:) Thank you. Im trying to keep up with the thread but I STILL HAVEN'T watched H&A (and Im trying to get to some "bos")
But I couldn't resist commenting on this one. Im going to have to take the lappy to bed aren't I?

Trouble with getting into it is I don't have time to chat to you lot as often and I feel bad about that (but at least playgroup is a daily now and not something I put on the "chasers list" anymore:j Now why is it scary that DS gets involved? I'm sure I've said this before and Im going to say it again-if my folks had insisted I got on with it I wouldn't need this thread now. And while I treasure the added benefit of such wonderful people, they could have saved me a bunch of time if they had.I mean really, its taken me a month to get this way...only a month and my life has changed.

Although I would love to join you, Im still not sure Id cope getting anywhere that required a train with DS without DF:( Im still too blooming scared:eek:
So unless you're coming here then good ol virtuoso will must suffice...even if it is at the risk of losing out on those divine baking bits:D
Did I tell you about my new cookbooks I got off a freecycler tonight?

That was me you said was old enough to have you as a mum (when I was looking for one 'member?)
And its 29-but DF has just gone 28...maybe thats where you got the number from.

    Morning :)

We overslept so only a quick check in from me. Had a not very nice dream about having to move from here to a horrible flat where there was only a piece of wood held over the front door with hooks on the outside!!!! Plus lots of dodgy people ready and waiting to liberate our belongings whilst I went to find some padlocks to secure the 'door' and then I got lost on the return trip   not nice at all.

Anyway better get dressed and find suitable line dancing clothes for A & W to take to Nanan's in case I am back late tonight.

Have a great day and I look forward to seeing more sign ups ;) cheers Valli for keeping an eye xx
