Okay everyone
The situation so far, I found the number for https://www.musiccabin.co.uk on the paypal website, I emailed them yesterday and recieved no reply, I have phoned them up tonight on the mobile number I have. We had a very heated discussion (I could feel my face getting really red and have never spoken to anyone like that before). They basically said that they import most of their items, then I replied that it does not state this on your website, after more arguing they said I must reurn it before christmas but their returns policy states 14 days. I have told them I want all of my money back.
I am now worried about not recieving it when I return the item.
Help any advice greatfully recieved0 -
luckydimples forgot to mention that she paid by Paypal so does this give her some protection ?0

Yes I ordered one from Amazon and the have dispatched it so I should get it before christmas, I bought it along with the accessory pack including the nintendog game for £111.00, £30 pounds less than I paid for just the console. I haven't heard anything from music cabin, I think they sell on Ebay aswell because my husband phoned them to ask if they take orders over the phone and they asked if he had seen them on Ebay.

Hi all
A quick update, I have recieved my order today from Amazon so sorted there, I returned the item to music cabin using special delivery, so if the item gets 'lost' I can claim for it and I can also check to see if it has been recieved. I now have to wait to hear from them.
Will keep you all informed whether I actually hear from them or get my money back. Any tips on getting it back greatfully recieved.

Hopefully you should get your refund from music cabin shortly and remember you have rights with Paypal also.0 -
Just to let you all know, after a lot of phone calls, 10 unanswered rings in a row today! I have at last had a refund from music cabin. They were not happy at all about refunding me and the best news I had a full refund including P&P.
Well heres to a very merry christmas now and a big thanks to Trinnylilac who has really supported me through this.
