Did really well today, went into Mr M's for milk and chickpeas, and only came out with a couple of the 50p packs of fresh burgers extra, I am very proud of myself. Shouldn't need to go to for anything for the rest of the week so here's to a few NSD (fingers crossed)0

So I have decided I like you guys so I am going to share what I believe may be the tastiest dinner ever.
Super Tasty Bacon, Bean and Sausage
Two medium onions, chopped
200g bacon, chopped into pieces
400g sausages, chopped into 2cm pieces (easier when frozen!)
2tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp worcestershire sauce
800ml passata or 2 tins chopped tomatoes
4tbsp brown sugar
4 tbsp wholegrain mustard
2tsp chilli sauce/ flakes
1tsp thyme
Stock cube (can be omitted!)
2 400g tins beans or 800g fresh soaked beans (any really, kidney, butter, cannelini, I'd do a mixture of whatever I had in the cupboard!)
Fry onion and bacon
Add sausages until browned
Chuck in the vinegar and sizzle for a minute
Turn down the heat, add everything else and simmer for 20 minutes
Eat with crusty bread from deep plates or bowls
MMM....God is good, all the time
Do something that scares you every day
