Southern Water Pays Half What You Owe If Over £600

Hi, i have just spoken to southern water and they have a new deal to help people that owe large amount of money to southern water (and themes water....etc). If your debt to them is over £600 they will "match" any payment you make.
So if you pay £25 they will also pay £25, if you pay £1 then they will match that and also pay £1.
I thought the lady was joking when she told me this today, but apparently its a new deal they are doing to help people with the rising cost of bills, that already owe £600+!
She gave me this number to ring 0845 2740845
