Duke, the DOB is is month / day / year format so have a look at what you are filling in

The winners of both sessions of the contest would be drawn lots.
The second drawing would be done on the 28th of October 2007 by la SCP SIMONIN ET LE MAREC, Huissiers de Justice Associés, 54 rue Taitbout, 75009 Paris.
