Vanquis Credit Card

I received an unsolicited application form for a Vanquis Credit Card this morning - nothing unusual there, I get loads of these things, mainly from Capital One (who I already have a card with!!). But what really caught my eye was the pathetically low limit offered (£200) and the rediculous APR ...58.6% :rotfl:
Does anyone actually use these shysters (bit of a rhetorical question - I guess if they didn't I wouldn't have got the app from them), but in all seriousness, even people in financial difficulty must surely see through these people for what they are?
Needless to say the pre-paid envelope is currently winging its merry way back to them with their leaflets in, and the app form is going through the work shredder in the morning!

I know!! Great card for building credit - I have one, they are great and always helpful, I always pay on time and in full so it is a 0% card that I cant go crazy on! Lovely for me!

That bloody card is set to haunt me. I thought the subject had been exhausted by now. I have phoned them so many times for them stop sending me their mailings.
Its time for us (me included) all to stop throwing our dummies out of our play pens and not take it so personally. For some people this is a great card. After all who said you have to take extended credit.0 -

Just because I offer you a big poo sandwich, you don't have to take it from me
It's exactly the same with the Vanquis Card or any other Credit Card come to that!
