Sun 9.50 Hols - have you heard yet?

Sorry - I can't find the original thread (maybe someone could merge for me?)

Just wondering if people have started to hear whether they've got their choices or not? I got my form in over 2 weeks ago and still not heard a thing - is this normal? I know they must be extremely inundated with requests, but just wondered if I should be worried or not?

I want to go away!

was coming on here to ask the same thing lol

ive been checking the bank and the cheque has been cashed ! so i know we have something but cant wait to find out about location / date choice !!

i think it said originally that we will hear back by 20 something of august

I received mine over a week ago and I've paid the balance and it's all confirmed. I wouldnt worry about it. The small print on the website says everyone will have heard by 23rd August and if you havn't heard by then you have to presume you havn't got one and you will get your money back. Have your payments been cashed?

I got my 2nd choice park (Butlins Skegness) and my 3rd choice date.

It depends on where you picked and what dates. I picked october half term for my 1st choice so I had a feeling I wouldnt get that. However, if you chose a less popular park you might get your first choice date.

i chose 3 parks in france (as want to go to disneyland paris !!) cant remember without digging out the paperwork what dates i chose,just before or just after half term i think !

Thanks all! Cheque not cashed yet from what I can see - not looking good.

Also my first time booking with The Sun Holidays - so need a break with my husband. I want to go to either Sussex or New Forest - not too far as we are only in Kent, but thought it would be good to at least get a break by the coast.

Don't worry, I've been on about 15 Sun holidays in the past and sometimes I've heard straight away and other times I havn't heard till the last minute. I wouldnt get down in the dumps just yet.

got 2nd choice of site -la Croix de Vieux Pont , Berny Riviere and 2nd date choice ,3 nights oct 20th - 23rd

cant wait now, disneyland paris ere we come :beer: :rotfl:
