From Scottish Power in conection with a competition I entered on "my offers" (cant remember even signing up to that!) Anyhow she was asking about my Gas and Electric suppliers and when I said I didn't want to switch over she said "ok then, I'll put you on through to the next part of the competition" then proceeded to hang up. Was wondering if anyone else has had a call like this before? Left me bamboozled.

When you do a competition with my offers you have to select 'yes' or 'no' for a number of offers.... you probably selected yes for one.0

I been had by my offers in past told me had won holiday but the told me had to go to Liverpool on a Bank Holiday Friday to collect the prize I refused as suspected time share and when they phoned to ask why I didnt come and I put this to them they hung up on me. I am really cautious now on phone sometimes even claim Im out and am my own sister ha ha0

My mate won £500 from my offers, i scepticle as to whether or not they actually offer all those prizes though.0

Yeah I have stopped using them really, some comps seem ok but if it won't let you opt out I never entered or you start getting phone calls!0

I have to say myoffers is on my list of 'don't touch as they spam the heck out of you' sites
I think I was registered with them a few years ago did loads of click through competitions & didn't get a thing - after a couple of months I managed to stop their emails :rotfl: But if you manage to win with them then heartiest congratulations - I wouldn't get your hopes up too high though, sorry hun - keep entering the other comps posted on this site & you'll soon get something!

Ive just had a similar call from Scottish Power, they said I had got through to the final stages of a comp I cant remember entering.
