Primus - Anyone seen a bill recently?

The title says it all really - My last bill was mid July, and I've certainly racked up some chargable calls with them through the penny mobile and call diversion. I've sent a letter of complaint to them, but had no reply, and their telephone customer services are polite and helpful but non-committal about when I'm likely to next get a bill.

Is it just me having these issues, or is it a general thing?
