Stop Criticising PCN-UK Ltd

Can I please kindly request forum members from criticising PCN-UK (& its website)? By picking out errors and mistakes on their website, we only assist them, inadvertently though, in correcting those! I am worried that, with our concerted efforts, we might give the website a look of credibility- something which was missing (and still missing) since its inception!

PS: I know it is difficult given the quality of the website in question.

  • There's certainly merit in what you say but by keeping on at them our message is getting to the top of the ranks in google so its 50-50 really.
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.
  • Is it the 1st April so soon.?

Exactly how could that ever happen. They are a complete joke as is their idiot of an owner. Numpty.

Forgive me for being ever so slightly cynical about the fact that a new poster comes on requesting that others desist without, possibly, the benefit of the rather more extended knowledge some of us have of the company in question. Especially when, it would seem, some of those more intimately associated with that firm have something of a history of trolling.

B_in_E do you have some interest in the matter you would care to expand on?
My very sincere apologies for those hoping to request off-board assistance but I am now so inundated with requests that in order to do justice to those "already in the system" I am no longer accepting PM's and am unlikely to do so for the foreseeable future (August 2016). :(

For those seeking more detailed advice and guidance regarding small claims cases arising from private parking issues I recommend that you visit the Private Parking forum on PePiPoo.com

Have you actually read the post you are referring to?? You're way off the mark.

Even the user name is a dig at them.

    Pay attention.

Had you considered that the reply may have been just the tinsiest bit ironic? After all more posts, more mentions of PCN-UK and the stats are kept up. Wouldn't want young Ash to think that we weren't seeing his shadow everywhere would we?

Wow, and I thought I was subtle.

CLUE:- Usually best to leave a clue that you're trying to be ironic......[no irony intended]
  • No doubt, keeping this going would keep stats up.

I would beg to disagree with your first sentence, but thoroughly agree with the second! If you have been following their website recently, you will find most of the mistakes have been corrected (including Bridgend, England; charging the "vehicle" & numerous typos) and their atrocious claims (fine the RK, not the driver; impounding the vehicle etc) have been watered/ taken down. I do not have any doubt that more informed members of this forum would be still able to see the sham, but someone who has just been issued a PCN (called, parking charge notice but actually a Penalty Charge Notice) by PCN-UK could well be duped!

    Seriously?? :rotfl:

Sometimes, just sometimes when I'm feeling good.:rotfl:

But, yeah you're right it's usually 'both barrels at close range'.
