    Any free family tree packages that you can populate with the info that you have already gathered or ones that you can inport a gedcom file to?

    I think http://www.tribalpages.com/ can do this. On their home page it says:

    Build your Free Family Tree website online. Invite friends and family to view or update your site. Each private and secure website is loaded with Photos, Charts, Reports, Maps, Relationships, Events and Stories. Just add names of your relatives or import a GEDCOM file and instantly create your family tree website.

    I have used this site for my basic family tree, but it seems a good site

  • Also you might be able to access Ancestry.com for free at your local library (it's available in Essex libraries).

    You can import/export GEDCOM file from/to genesreunited.
