On-Line Conveyancing

Options
Hi,

Has anyone had any experience of on-line conveyancing?

My preferred method of communication is the web and this appeals to me greatly.

Someone has recommended these people:

But my only concern is that you don't know who they are and are giving them a potentially huge amount of money.

Thanks,

Pat...

Has it been recommended to you by someone you KNOW who has used them? Or just read about them on the internet?

PERSONALLY speaking, there was nothing more valuble when I was buying to pitch up to my solicitors and hassle, and to be able to jump on a train and be there to sign/look over docs with their expert input. Sending emails into the abyss would be too stressful for me, particulalry if your sell/buy takes longer than anticipated.
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

    I've been Money Tipped!
I asked the same question myself

    went with legalmove.co.uk

£250 +VAT fee...got assigned an EXCELLENT solicitor, Fidler and Pepper, for the sale, quick, efficient and responds to emails within an hour of sending.

They also have an internet site where you can access your case and see how it's going. I also get text messages when something happens on my case to let me know what's going on.

So, although it was legalmove that introduced me, it's fidler and pepper that are actually doing the excellent job, so why not give them a ring and see what they can do for you.

I've used online conveyancers and recommended a couple of different companies to my clients, but the one I prefer the most is conveyancingexperts.co.uk they are (so far but it doesnt take a lot to put me off) very efficient. Make sure whoever you use is registered with the law society, this should give you some reassurance.
