Hi, I know its not v healthy but I want to make deep fried battered onion rings. Can anyone tell me what I have to dip the onion rings into ? (know u have to do that much lol)

The easiest onion rings (and the nicest) I have ever made is as follows
Slice onions into rings. Soak in milk for as long as possible 2 hours is ideal but 10 minutes will do. Then dip in plain flour and deep fry.
That simply.
It gives a really light crispy batter and a lovely moist onion inside.
