i really dont like morrisons anymore used to love it its not the products more the staff! always over charging customer service is rude and coffee shop is the worst wait hours for just a bowl of chips and then they are cold! refuse to shop there now! are other morrisons stores staff the same? or is it just norfolk?"You have succeeded in life when all you really want is only what you really need"

Must be just Norfolk. The two in Hampshire we go to are great - I got overcharged 30p once for a coffee and was given a pound back. Food is very good in the cafe - usually go to lunch there (we know how to live it up!), and staff are lovely.0

sounds like they've charged you the single pack price....The word is BOUGHT, not BROUGHT.
It's LOSE, NOT LOOSE.
