Would you walk into your local liquor store, grab £100 worth of booze and pay with a tenner hoping that the cashier doesn't notice as your walking out of the store.
Isn't this theft?
Hmm, tricky one, i think i might my cancel my order.
I thought this with the recent North Face glitch order, then felt gutted when everyone got their order.
I have ordered 4 Port and mint sets for my sons Rugby coaches. I have had the confirmation e-mail, but as someone has already said M&S do not have to honour this and they might cancel all the orders.
I think with the volume of orders they will notice there is a problem then make a descision.0 -
I imagine they'll email first and ask if you want to pay the extra ....0

Being M&S I think they will give you the option. You can always return with them too!0 -
Just had an email through from M&S that say's it's a glitch and won't be honoured. Gutted.
Also the discount codes are one use only so will miss out on those now too. By all means give it a go but probably best to just order a couple of things instead of going ott - it'll probably be more likely to slip under the radar that way...0 -

Anyone know whether they can legally charge full price?
Not sure, maybe they can. Rather Glad this is Marks and not Littlewoods, who can and do recharge you months later:eek:
However, if they change the price before despatch then we can cancel under DSR, yes?
For info I got a similar glitch a couple of weeks ago, and they shipped and delivered my £00.00 order:beer:Not just a sucker for sweeties..:o0 -

What time did you order at?
I suspect this is all over the web now - maybe those that were processed in the early hours will get it. I only order 10 mins ago, so fair enough if mine doesn't go through - I hope some people are lucky though!0
