Issues With Madasafish

Is anyone else having issues with Madasafish? I have noted that this forum seems to get things sorted out with them though!
I have a client that is with them and we've been trying to get their website setup - however their customer service has been very poor.
I had read that they respond to calls within about 3 hours and so felt a request for information would be resolved fairly quickly. However, 3 hours later a blank post from an agent was entered...so that's how they get the time down?
Eventually, after several messages back and forth and a 36 hour wait, I emailed their customer services department on an address shown on their website. A few minutes later I received an email saying the address was no longer in use!
Thankfully there was an address on the forum here so I emailed that and -as it said so on the website - expected a response within 24 hours. Well it's now over 24 hours and you guessed...no response.
If anyone has any email addresses or phone numbers (the 0844 just rings and rings) I would love to hear from you. My impression at the moment is that there is no customer support / service / care.
They may be cheap but after my dealings I would not recommend them if you have any questions / issues.
Thanks
Richard

not the ISP you are with, so the support won't be relevant or really available, but I bet you don't wait 3 hours for someone english to answer the phone, then phone bt, sorry, plusnet, oops, maaf and request a mac. you are paying for a service, if they cannot provide or support it, vote with your cash

Apparently you now have to send James_PN a PM to get help on here now as he doesn't read the posts like his predecessor did.
There is a MAAF complaints forum here:
http://bbs.adslguide.org.uk/postlist.php?Cat=&Board=freenetname&page=0&view=collapsed&sb=5&o=0
Samara has posted there, and now James Bailey of Plusnet (who may be James_PN) does answer posts there.
Judging from the tone of topics on there, Samara seemed to have her timing about right!!0 -
Thanks for that - will try the other forum as well. Managed to track down the CEO of BT's email address which got a response back in under 30 minutes!! Very impressed!!
Will post the results asap.0 -
