it was me who guessed the last code word needed last night, and i had no problems booking a butlins for oct half term, as did others, but quite a few people are saying they are having problems with there priority number and getting the same message you seem to be getting, hope it gets sorted out for you, DaveTake every day as it comes!!0 -

without sounding to DIM how do you use these codes, i have a few of the tokens,but dont see anything on the SUN site about codes.

The codes are for use by people who have been on a previous Sun holiday and have been sent a priority booking form (or those who have acquired them another way ie ebay). If you haven't a priority form then you need to collect tokens and send a paper form in by post.0
