Anyone got involved with KitKash auctions yet?
I only realised the potential for a bargain when I someone in my supermarket buying every kitkat he could get his hands on (a whole trolley full).
This is all I have gleaned so far.
You buy Kitkats, inside the wrapper is a code.
You go online, https://www.kitkash.co.uk, login and enter the code.
You are given points to use to auction for various prizes or
buy special offers ie 2 for 1 tickets, reduced price magazines etc.
Anyone got any tips, stories etc? Or have you all been doing this for ages without me cottoning on!!!

The only stupid question, is an unasked question ...

I'm new to new posts, although have been an avid Martin Lewis/MoneySaving/Expert for the last couple of years and followed loads of advice, tips etc.
When I send in a new posts, why do I get
"Mark Hughes' blue and white army"
at the bottom of my post? Everyone else seems to have a catchy phrase, and what is "Mark Hughes' blue and white army" anyway. The only stupid question, is an unasked question ...0 -
When the new software was introduced lots of peeps found their signatures (the bit at the bottom of your post) had been changed/corrupted. Choose the Quicklinks, Edit Signature option to delete/change it.
PS Jays - this is not a good thread to add posts to - it's just a general intro thread. You could try the any other questions board or visit the Arms0 -

I can't find the code Foxy.
(using search string 'kitkash')I started off with nothing and I've still got most of it left.0 -
I first found out about this through Foxy's post (ta ma huni buni;) )! Since then (the initial free 100 points) I have 3900 points. That isn't enough to bid on the good stuff, but it is enought to get "2 for 1" tickets on Eurostar at 500 points a pop .... not bad .... seeing as I had to buy the KitKats anyway
Will save £59 per booking!!
I can say whatever I like here ... 'cos no one can see me .. ner ner ner ner ner !!!....How do you know I ain't sitting here butt naked?!?!I thunk I've made you think for a minute!:j :rotfl: :j0 -

I've already 'bought' 20% off flowers and £50 off Expedia (came in handy as just booking up holiday flights). Apparently the 'buy' items change each week, so if there's nothing that takes your fancy this week, go back next week. I did try and bid for aWarner Bros T shirt, but with only 900 kitkash I knew there wasn't much hope in getting it. I cant believe how some people have got mega amounts of points (39,000 somebody had bid for a washing machine last week) so quickly, unless they are Nestle employees or people who love searching through bins!Me transmitte sursum, caledoni0

The code for 100 free points is:
RW97H9 HPDDXV
All credit to Foxy who posted it originally, still can't find the thread on here though so may have been lost in the crash!?! So I got the code off another forum!
Also you can enter the Tesco private auction using the code 7YX3G6. Gives access to auctions not available just by going to the main site. At the moment there's a bike and free shopping at Tesco for a year! Thanks to jammygreen who provided this on another forum.0
