Our week runs from Tuesday to Tuesday - so here we go for this week :
Tuesday : Fish in batter, Salad, bread rolls.
Wednesday : Devilled sausages, curly fries, Salad.
Thursday : Chilli con carne & rice.
Friday : Pizza.
Sat : Hot dogs, salad.
Sun : Meatballs, mashed spuds and veg.
Mon : Tuna Pasta bake.
We always "hide" a certain amount of vegetables in the things that don't specify "veg" as an accompaniment. Diced carrots and some sweetcorn in the Tuna pasta, for instance.:hello: I'm very well, considering the state I'm in. :hello:Weight loss since 2 March 10 : 13lbs0
