  • I have the following vouchers: old quit, new quit, yellow, £10 blue and £6 mens blue. If I spend £60 will I be able to use x2 old quit, x2 new quit, x2 yellow, £10 blue and £6 mens blue? This will give a total of £8 to pay (I think). Do I remember rightly that the mens blue voucher will scan against any clothing, not just mens?

I also have a blue kids voucher (£4 off wys £20) but I'm not planning on buying any kids stuff. My DS has drawers bursting at the seams.

Do you think my plan will work, assuming I find a willing cashier? I could do with some work clothes and I'd prefer not to pay too much :D

Go for it Molly!!! All sounds good to me.

Yes, the menswear will scan against any clothing. I can't comment on the yellows cos I aint used any, but in theory it should work. Let us know how you get on... I got some lovely light pinstriped brown trousers with a sea-shell type belt... they're £20 (or a lot less if you have vouchers!) :D

my tesco didn't have any new clothes vouchers today :(

i bought some blues off ebay, some say menswear, kids etc. and some just say a clothing spend of £25 etc.

i went in today and used an old quit kit £6 voucher on my £30 spend and then the till refused all of my other vouchers! anyone know why?

Not sure why they didn't all work.. was the cashier helpful? Do you think s/he wasn't pressing the right buttons? I have bought £60 worth of clothes in the past and used 2 quits, full set of blues & some lilacs to take £54 off £60 worth, so in theory they can all work.

Maybe take the clothes back for a refund & try again another day with a different cashier?

Remember you can always leave goods at the till if you aren't happy with your purchases/if vouchers don't come off. Good luck.

Does any kind soul have any spare? I can send an SAE.

Hubby wants to go on a clothing rampage after seeing my bargains, however, typically wants me to do all the leg work!

After my bad experience of trying to use multiple vouchers in Tesco last week (clothing and H&B) and none of the clothing ones being accepted on a £60 clothes shop, I think I will give these a miss.

I was made to feel like a thief at the tills, and then the security guard stopped and checked my bags on my way out.

was this by any chance the ashford store - i think they are hopeless for taking vouchers. slough is also a difficult one. I have more luck at Sandhurst.

AFAIK there isnt a one that gives anything off a £25 spend..

The "blues" I have are £10 off wys £50 on any clothing, £6 off wys £30 menswear, £6 off wys £30 womens. and £4 off wys £20 kids..........no "off £25" one.

Both the £6 ones should have worked on your £30 spend, regardless of the (adult) clothing bought.

The £4 is difficult(aparently sometimes doesnt even work off kids clothing).

What is the date and the barcodes of the ones that were rejected.

Which others did you try, and was it the 2x£6 accepted or a £10 and a £6, and which order did you hand them in.............Ive found if the £10 one doesnt get scanned first, it tends to be rejected.....and are you sure your spend was £60 and nothing came through unexpectedly reduced, bringing the total down to below £60.
