Black-Saturn I've got a question about the chocolate mousse if you don't mind! Your recipe says a bar of value dark chocolate, is that a 100g or 200g bar? I used a 200g bar, OH and I thought it was nice but DD said it was a bit strong for her so I'm wondering if I've used too much chocolate (if there is such a thing as too much
)

Love to my two angels that I will never forget.0 -
I just made some, in a tin that has 4 spaces, bigger than a bun, sort of like small quiche size? One egg fits in each space. I made two first, with fry light (I am on a diet), and just egg and salt. They stuck to the tin. Then I put in fry light, and heated it up in the oven first. Then I made one and stuck a few raw sliced mushrooms in, it came out perfectly, the mushrooms were cooked. Ideal for lunchboxes, salads etc, and I can fit it in with my Slimming World Diet. Fantastic.Quidco cashback paid out so far £745.89 :j0

Just in case no-one knows, Asda are selling 12 free range eggs for £1 at the moment. That's cheaper than the non-free range barn eggs!! I've just bought some and think we might be having this for tea.:smileyhea0
