Can anyone recommend a good (fairly cheap) photo editing software program to run on Vista Home Premium 32bit?

Would like to crop, enhance and if possible join 2 images together.

Sounds like Picasa would be perfect for you find it at www.google.com/picasa and it is free.

Not really a photo editor more of a photo organiser with basic edit functions.
