First call one of these insurance companies and get a quote
Theres nothing stopping you dointg this even if you dont need one although its probable better to say its for the near future

Once you have your three quotes call 0800 369 8181 and select option 2
you will be asked a few questions
Which 3 companies did you call
Did you save money?
you give your name and address

You'll be asked if you have a letter with a unique reference number but it doesnt seem to matter wether you have it or not

I found out about it from a letter sent to me, got 3 quotes and called them with the details and got my voucher in just over a week
I told a friend about it and he just called the 08003698181 and answered the questions randomly naming 3 of the companies without even having called them. The final message said he would receive his voucher within 28 days.

    im sure they will check youve got the quotes and not just hand out the vouchers
