    No reply yet, from Martin, broken link, railcard help desk or anyone.

    So far very disappointed.

    If you have experienced the same issue, please do e-mail, the more that e-mail the more likely we are to get a good solution.

    Just received a reply from Money saving expert, they have been informed by the railcard site that the code was working during the weekend as people purchased using the code, therefore they are not going to extend the validity of the code:mad: :mad:

    I took screen shots that prove it was not working, I will be forwarding these to Money Saving Expert to back up our case and I will also be forwarding these to the help email at railcard, giving them a link to this thread.

    I suggest we all email [EMAIL="help@railcards-online.co.uk"]help@railcards-online.co.uk[/EMAIL] explaining what has happened to you and giving them a link to this thread http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1339825 so they can see that the failure on their site was real.

    Me too. Wonder if their response to Martin was just regarding the EXPERT18 code or also mentioned the fact that their own code FAMILY18 wasn't working either!!!! :mad:

    I've also now had the e-mail from the railcard helpdesk, saying they are looking into the issues.

    Will let you know of the outcome.
