e2save money4me scheme - is it a scam?

It's been over 45 days since I generated several orders. I have 35 'pending', but none have moved to the 'invoiced' stage. Has anyone else had good or bad experience with them? I just called them up and they said they'd need a list of everyone who ordered through me to investigate (email addresses and postcodes), however there's little to no way that I can get that information for more than 10 people who ordered (friends/family), as I had my referral link on my deals website.

I don't think they pay that quick check smartass's posts he gives a time scale, but I know that some companies quote three months to ensure continued connection, your commission is based on their's

I have never received any "referrals" from money4me links.

Instead I have had to get my referrals to phone and order and give my name! And then I have had to chase up e2save to claim. The do pay though and its normally 30 days after the referral signed up.

  • I also prefer to do any referals via the 'phone. I then get the name of who I have spoken to. I have had two cash backs with no quibbles now.

Referred my wife in August and during chase up of overdue cashback for both of us in Jan asked about the £20 referral fee and it was credited immediately to my CC. It was clear that had I not asked it would never have happened.

I had the same problem - 3 referrals and no money. I phoned up and got the same story - tell us WHO you referred before we send you the cash. Don't bother phoning. Email their boss. There is a link on the FAQ on the E2Save homepage.

    Go to "About Us"

Click "FAQ" on the drop down menu

    Select Category "Contact Information"

    Sub Category "Our Contact Information"

In Answer click the "Directors: to escalate...." link.

    Email the directors

I got a response within one day and my cash credited to my credit card within the week! And this was just before Xmas!

Try contacting carmel@e2save.com if that fails!

I've also had problems getting my referral money out of e2save. I referred myself to the 3 network and should have got £40 (an offer on in October). However, I still had nothing after two months of calls and two of telling me that they'll put the credit through to my account and I should receive it after 7-10 working days.

After a few more calls, I only received £20. I've rang them back numerous times after this and the operators always say that they'll put it through to get the remaining £20, but to date, this still hasn't happened. Not sure what to do now, am fed up calling them every weekend and hearing the same rubbish!!
