If we cannot, successfully, remove ALL negative entries on your credit files then we will refund your fee in full as per our refund policy
Sounds dodgy. Then again, I havent read their refund policy!0 -
If there is incorrect information on your credit files you can get it removed for FREE!0

1. No, you cannot legally remove accurate information from your credit file.
2. It's not 'allowed' to be on the net, because no one has to give you permission to put up a website. If you put up something that is illegal, then the authorities can try and shut down your site. But the process takes time, and there's nothing to stop you setting it up again somewhere else as soon as you are shut down.
3. The guaranteed credit cards are for a one time fee, with a very low credit limit. The interest rate is probably over 30%.

Credit 4 All, part of the Credit Solutions 4 All Group of companies is one of the UK's leading non-status Financial services companies. We deliver a huge range of Financial products and services, both non-status and mainstream to our clients, both personal and corporate.
That's what they say on their website.
I've done some checking - there is a company called CREDIT SOLUTIONS 4 ALL LIMITED which was registered at their address but was dissolved in November 2005.
There is no refernce on Experian's database for any company called Credit 4 All, and their offices appear to house dozens of other unrelated companies.
In my opinion they are a complete scam. As has already been said, if there is incorrect data it can be removed for free; if it is not incorrect it stays on for 6 years - no exceptions.Karma is a wonderful thing.

There was the company which jonnyb mentioned with a very similiar name at the same address that has now been disolved. There is no ltd company under the name that it is currently trading as and there hasnt been and FSA registered company which whilst i dont know they would have to be I would strongly suspect they would have to give they promise to get you credit cards etc.
Google also has a whole raft of complaints about people who paid, didnt get what they had ordered (eg unable to get the credit card) but were unable to get refunds.
Why is it still trading? Web companies can be very elusive and difficult to shut down but it could also be that no one has actually made complaints to the authoritiesAll posts made are simply my own opinions and are neither professional advice nor the opinions of my employers

you would think that a company involved with personal data would need to be registered, but there is nothung under their name, or under their postcode for them. (there is a registration for an unrelated company at their postcode.)Karma is a wonderful thing.

If you pay #149 can you really clear all of your credit record?
Thanks,

My intuitive answer to Question 1 - I would say yes
My intuitive answer to Question 2 - I would say no
Based on other peoples' comments and research, which I am taking in good faith to be true (unlike, I believe, the organisation you are asking about), you can find many better and legal things to do with £149!0 -
These companies have been around for a long time - most of them encourage you to lie to the credit referencing agencies (yes, I have the same name and address but it's not me - may work if you're an F Smith) and/or file false Notices of Correction (sort-of clears your credit file, but moves you onto manual acceptance, and could rebound).
Some of them just do the same checks you could do yourself - pay a couple of quid to Equifax and Experian and check their information is correct.0
