hello everyone!
I have 250 shares from Bradford & Bingley. I do not know much about shares and investing at all, so would like anyones advice please
Basically, I know vaguely that Bradford and Bingley are in trouble and there share price is dropping every day, people seem to think that they are going to go the same way as Northern Rock. Now my question is, shall i cash out my shares whilst I can, getting possibly a small return for them, or just wait it out and see if the share price recovers, but if it doesn't of course, then I could lose money.
Any advice would be good thank you

B&B are no NR; I would hold.
I grant you the shares have halved over the last year or so, so you've missed out on any big profits for the moment, but you're still picking up the dividend of over £50 a year. If you sold them, you'd only get around £500 and, if put into a savings account, that would earn less than £25 after tax.0 -
thanks for your reply, I shall do this then. Wasnt willing to cash them in, but was worried id lose them altogether.Stingey Student!
