Avocado-in a sandwich?

Got some Avacado I need to use up.Can you make a sandwich out of it?What can you combine it with,does it go brown?(this is for tommorrow morning,so not great for making the night before?)

    Tuna mayo, tomato, avocado and honey and mustard dressing is really good - the dressing helps to stop the avocado going brown.

    Avocado also goes well with cheese, ham and tomato with mustard.

    You can stop them going brown by dipping them in lemon juice.

    Ooh, I love avocado with chicken and salad, or crispy bacon!!

    Even avocado and smoky bacon crisps in a butty. Yumm!

    i love mashed advocado sandwiches very tasty though they do look a bit odd.

    I just mash avocadoes on bread with a sprinkling of balsamic vinegar - yum.

    My brother loves avocado, bacon and peanut butter, but he's always been a bit odd. :D

    Avocado, walnut and a squeeze of lemon juice s+p in a sarnie. Yummy.
    Apparently if you leave the kernel in the bowl of mushed up avocado it doesn't go brown..never left one long enough to try this out though.

    I adore mashed avo, with a bit of balsamic, salt and pepper in a toasted brown bread sandwich - yummy!
