KUNG FU PANDA COMPETITION RULES

1. This competition (the “Competition”) is open to residents of the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland (“Territory”) aged thirteen (13) and over except employees of Microsoft Limited (“Microsoft”) and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate families (defined for the purpose of these rules as husband, wife, mother, father, sister, brother, son, daughter, or persons residing in the household of such employees), and anyone else professionally connected with this Competition. The promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and check their identity. Entrants who are under eighteen (18) must seek their parent or guardian’s permission before entering this competition.

2. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms of service (“Terms”) when they enter this Competition as described in paragraph 5 of these Terms.
How to Enter

3. The Competition will start at 10.00am British Summer Time (“BST”) on Wednesday 25 June 2008 and end at 09.59am BST on Tuesday 19 August 2008 (the “Competition Period”). No Entries received after 09.59am BST on Tuesday 19 August 2008 will be eligible to win a Prize.

4. No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition. There is no limit on the number of Entries which each entrant may submit during the Competition Period.

5. To be eligible to win a prize, entrants must visit https://www.searchforwisdom.co.uk and correctly answer three (3) questions in a row, within a specified time limit. When an entrant passes the question stage, they will have 30 seconds to grab as many dumplings as they can, using a mouse to move the chop sticks, and place them in the mouth displayed on the screen. Once the entrant has successfully completed three (3) rounds of questions followed by the dumpling mini game each time, they will be asked to register their details (including name, full postal address and contact email address). The entrant must register their details to be eligible to win a prize (“Entry”).

6. Entries that are incomplete, defaced or damaged will be deemed invalid. No responsibility will be accepted for Entries lost, delayed or damaged in transmission.

7. If any person is determined to have breached these Terms they will be disqualified. In the event that a Winner is disqualified the judging panel will select an alternative Winner.
How to Win

8. The Entry who grabs the most dumplings in total in 3 rounds and therefore scores the highest number of points during the preceding week shall be eligible to win a Weekly Top Prize (each a "Weekly Top Prize Winner") and will also be entered into the draw to win the Super Prize. In the event of two entries with the same highest score (“Tie Break”), the first entry submitted will be deemed the winner. Entrants with the second to fiftieth highest score who completed 3 rounds will be eligible to win the Weekly Prize (each a "Weekly Prize Winner" and together with the Weekly Top Prize Winners, the "Winners") and will also be entered into a draw to win the Super Prize. The highest scores are calculated using the total number of dumplings grabbed in all 3 rounds. The Winners shall be selected as described above at 09:59am on each Tuesday during the Competition Period, when the scoreboard will be reset.
Prize

9. Each Weekly Top Prize Winner will receive a pair of IMAX tickets (The prize consist of 2 adult vouchers. 1 month expiry date from the date of notification. Vouchers can be used for any screening at IMAX cinemas) (the “Weekly Top Prize”). Each of the Weekly Prize Winners will receive, at random, one of:

• KUNG FU PANDA Chopstick Toppers - PACK OF 6
• Kung Fu Panda soundtrack
• Kung Fu Panda film poster
• Kung Fu Panda video game
• Kung Fu Panda mobile phone download
(the “Weekly Prize”). On Wednesday 20 August 2008 at 10.00am, six Entries will be selected at random from the Winners (the "Super Prize Winners") under the supervision of an independent observer, and will be entitled to, at random, one of:
• A voice-over part in a future DreamWorks Animation project (further details of this prize will be published as an addendum to these terms and conditions by Friday 18 July 2008).
• A VIP holiday package for a family to San Diego Zoo (Stay four nights at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina, for a family of two or four. This VIP tour is packed full of unique events, including a private zoo guide, in-park private transportation; plus access to off-exhibit areas featuring special views of some of the zoo’s more than 4,000 rare and endangered animals. Package includes flights London-San Diego, airport transfers, 4-nights hotel with breakfast (1 family room), VIP behind-the-scenes tour of San Diego zoo, travel insurance. Exact dates of travel are not guaranteed and prize must be redeemed within one year of notice. Suggested dates of travel are 5th January-31st March 2009. 10. No cash alternatives are available to the Weekly Prize, the Weekly Top Prize or the Super Prize.

11. Each Weekly Prize and Weekly Top Prize Winner will be notified by Thin Martian Limited on behalf of Microsoft via email on Thursday of each week during the Competition Period. The Super Prize Winner will be notified by Thin Martian Limited on behalf of Microsoft via email on Friday 22 August 2008. Thin Martian Limited will publish and/or make available on request the name and county of the Winners and Super Prize Winner.

12. The Winners agree that Microsoft and Paramount Pictures UK (A private limited company registered in England. Registered Number: 01580904 Registered Office: 12, Golden, Square, London, W1A2JL, UK) shall have the right to use their name, biographical information (such as age, occupation and county of residence), image, likeness and statements relating to the Weekly Prize, Weekly Top Prize and Super Prize for advertising, publicity and marketing purposes. The Winners may be required to participate in publicity connected with this Competition.
Privacy

13. The collection of personally identifiable information for the purposes of this Competition will be subject to the Privacy Statement at http://privacy.microsoft.com/. Specifically, the data collected through this Competition will be used to send an email to entrants to confirm where the entrant has won a Weekly Prize, Weekly Top Prize or the Super Prize. All personally identifiable information will be deleted approximately six (6) weeks after the Winners are selected. By entering this Competition, you expressly consent to the use of your personally identifiable information in accordance with the Privacy Statement.
General

14. If any provision or part of these Terms is deemed void or otherwise unenforceable in law then that provision or part shall be deemed excluded and the remainder of these Terms shall remain in force.

15. These Terms, the conduct of this Competition and the interpretation and enforcement of these terms and conditions shall be exclusively governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England, unless you are a Scottish resident, in which case you may choose the law of your own country of residence. Entrants irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales, unless they are a Scottish resident or a resident of Northern Ireland, in which case they may choose the courts of their place of residence.

17. Microsoft cannot guarantee the performance of any third party and shall not be liable for any act or default by a third party. Entrants agree that Microsoft will have no liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses, costs, damage or disappointment of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly from acceptance, misuse or use of the Prize or from participation in this Competition. Nothing in this paragraph shall limit Microsoft’s liability in respect of death or personal injury arising out of its own negligence or arising out of fraud.
