Hi Rach
Your menu sounds delish to me!....anyway....just think of the space your making for all the gorgeous Xmas food. Remember to freeze and surplus and extra veggies etc could be made into soup or curry etc.

Hello there - I'm also still trying to make space in the freezer. And I'm not going shopping either! Here's the plan:
thur - ratatouille from freezer with chickpeas and couscous
fri - pumpkin & blue cheese risotto
sat - HM pizza with sardines and broccoli
sun - potatoes mashed with kale from garden, smoked sausage
mon - organic veal escalopes with HM wedges and red cabbage from garden
tues - chickpea/chorizo stew with brown rice
wed - liver & bacon, cabbage from garden (January King) and/or turnips.
On Thursday I leave for a training course in the UK, so DH will live on 'leftover meals' from the freezer for the 4 or 5 days after that.
