If any1 is on here from Scottish power, can you please tell me how long it takes yr company to delete an old electric meter off your computer system.

You have checked the nation data base and that only has my E7 meter. so why on earth does it take me at least 7 phone calls with at least 4 promises of a call back that has never happened yet (yes you can check as Every time i have called you have said that the call is been recorded).

I even tried to complain to your company but i give up after been cut off twice.

Really not happy

Scottish Power you really are the worst of worsts

If you want to make a formal complaint it's always better (and less frustrating) to do it in writing, thereby creating a "paper" chain should you need to escalate it should you be unhappy with their response.

Sorry I am not from Scottish Power and I dont have a positive answer for you and I hate to break the bad news that I moved from them June 2014 after a catastrophe of errors since starting with them from November 2012. They have readjusted, the readjusted, readjusted bills till it is in complete disarray. They still send me a letter demanding money, and are still estimating my usage with them, when I have already moved since last June. Grrr driving me insane, so many phoncalls, emails, so many promises and now the latest is to blame the National Grid, apparently they have asked them twice to rectify the matter - as if :( Porkies and more porkies :(

Well i am not in a situation as bad as you, but i did change from them last yr, but now i am struggling with rising costs for e7 and they are the cheapest for where i live by a lot of money.

However i cant join them as there computer say i have 2 electric meters (i did in 2012) its been at least 4 weeks cant remember how many phone calls asking them to remove it from there system.

I did speak to a lovely lady from SP who has sent 2 emails to there IT dept but still no luck.

    I second Quentin's suggestion.

I'd also advise being matter of fact in the letter and using bullet points to summarise what you're complaining about (you can also use that to give a timeline of events).
