Errrm...wouldn't that be rather a stench?
It would probably smell a lot better burning than just laying there. Plus it wouldn't last long and would all be over.

why didn't you notice the fox dead? especially if your neighbour who did lives 40 yards away

Just spotted your post. I suggest that you read my posts again.

To clarify what I have said. My neighbour (not the ones that live over 40 yards away) was walking their dog in the evening, when the dog started to sniff a bush in my property next to my pavement. He then knocked on my door to tell me the dog had found a dead fox under the bush.

As I have said already, the council have collected it so problem over.

The main road is over 250 yards from my place. The nearest property is over 40 yards from the main road. HTHs and clarifies.

so you could move it 250 yards, but couldn't put it in a black bag, and put it in your rubbish bin???

and people want to know why their council tax is going up, and there are major cut back to essential services

Not with the stench that it would have caused in my bin ! How may times do I have to say this before you comprehend ? Mind you, u have to keep reading posts to get the true picture so I am not surprised lol !

Still to far when I can get the council to do it for free. Might as well get value for my council tax after all lol !!!

Who cares as long as I get value for money lol ?

If you feel strongly, there is a general election coming soon so vote rather than pointlessly complaining lol !!!

    Caused a stench?

It would have been there a maximum of 13 days, assuming yesterday was your normal bin collection day and you get one every two weeks, like the majority of the country.

Wrapping it in a couple of plastic bags / bin liners wouldn't have caused a "stench".

But your attitude to "why should I care [if council tax goes up]" sort of speaks volumes to the type of person you are. Voting in one party over another isn't going to change council tax going up or down really.

I guess you think fly tipping is okay then too?

Then again, judging from where you live, no wonder your attitude is like it is. Not your fault... just your local culture.

Not being prejudiced with regards where I live are you ? Very naughty and not impressed.

I ain't lived in Liverpool for many years. I will give you a clue...I live not far from Old Arry bless him. HTHs lol !!

This must be the oddest thread of the year so far! Only the OP knows why he posted it in the first place, but it's cheered-up my weekend a bit, so thanks for that. :)

At the stage it's reached, I'd expect Godwin's Law to be proven anytime now.....

For goodness sake, some of you, get a grip!!!! :rotfl:
