Access to work. Taking months to reinburse, really worried.

Bit off topic but I need your expertise urgently if you have it as I have noticed this forum seems to be the most active...anyone had any experiences with Access to Work?
I'm fed up of constantly being fobbed off. I'm worried I will have legal action taken against me if they don't pay soon. (Bill is from august FYI, now November).
One of my claim forms has been "lost in the post" and they won't even tell me if the second one has been received yet! (sent over a week ago).
I have asked for it to be escalated and they deny such a system exists. Then they said they would contact the payments team and send them a query. The next time I phoned the person confirmed no query had been sent. They also say it takes up to two days for them to call you back, which doesn't happen. Most of the people I have talked to have been unhelpful, rude and can't wait to hang up on me
At long last I have got through to someone that said they can escalate and should if you have rang more than twice in a week to call you back within the hour. That was at 3.15. So waiting hopefully that someone knows what they are doing.
Any key phrases to use to get this sorted? I'm fed up to the back teeth now...

In general, post handling at the DWP is dire.
In the aim of efficiency, and cost reduction, they take a week or more to actually 'see' that the letter has arrived.0 -
Hi there frustrated1, I remembered seeing your post here when this popped into my InBox this morning.

Access To Work Case Studies Wanted

From Disability Rights UK on Facebook:
The Ombudsman is investigating Access to Work for maladministration. As Geoff Adams-Spink is an associate of Business Disability Forum, he has agreed to collect case studies and forward them via the forum to the Ombudsman’s office for consideration. Please email him via geoff@adams-spink.com with a detailed case study if you believe that you’ve been treated unfairly by Access to Work. Please make sure that your case study sticks to the facts.

I haven't searched for it on FaceBook, but it might be worth your while to try, and also to contact Disability Rights UK about it.
Best of luck, and my best wishes to you.0
