Im not here as we all know  just a quick post. Quidco works as follows

You need to spend £12 TOTAL by the time your reach shop 6 (you can spend more)
You need to spend £50 TOTAL by the time you reach shop 9 (you can spend more)
you need to spend £100 TOTAL by shop 12
so you can overspend in any of the first two tiers as long as you follow that. Spending the minimum in each tier isn't necessarily the best saving.

Can't understand the complaints, the T&C said this from the outset

Oh and TS 25% off Ts wine goes on full price.......Im ashamed of you :p

I have a good reason to be absent, so Im going again :heart2:

    Disappearing again.

But the T&Cs did not say this from the outset! :(:)

The mbuy pricing on products leads to one of my stories from M from Monday.

It was the grapes (and yes they still being thorns in the side on comps. in A:(). A man and woman were shopping as I passed (presumably OH or partner). She picked up one pack of 400g grapes at £2. The man then said "2 for £3" and picked up the second pack and put it in the trolley. He seemed very gleeful at that as well (not that I can interpret those things really well:rotfl:) - but, no, he did come across as being very happy.

:(My guide price is below £1.

But...just shows how that mbuy has them picking up twice as much and... paying over the odds on each pack! People often go for these popular offers (of definition, as they are popular:D - figures!:rotfl::rotfl:). But, no, they pick up these standard range M grapes, right in front of them, at 2:eek: for £3:eek::eek:_pale_. Just 400g packs. What was wrong with the M Savers grapes, I thought, that are at £1.25 and are 500g packs rather than 400? Presumably some snobbishness - even if it is subtle, subconcious, and an ingrained impression that they have gained they can't question why they hold it or get rid of it - impressions matter - in fact, they not merely matter, they are absolutely decisive and determining - people often have bad impressions of people with Asperger's you know - in the flesh, they never look at people, make eye contact - must be shifty - absolutely the complete opposite of the truth as Asperger's people tend to be more truthful than anyone else - but those impressions, and first impressions, hold sway and are probably the reason why people with autism (or Asperger's, I forget which:cool:) have the highest percentage of any disability group in unemployment. It's the interview process itself;). Thus people who make eye contact and small talk, and are actually unable to focus on or pay attention to their work are employed whilst people who would do the job better are ruled out, because of some subconscious impression that the interviewer could not discount. Indeed, as it is a subconscious impression, formed by the brain's subconcious picking up (zzz..., I know I'm losing most readers by this moment) of social cues signals, that by definition the person is not even aware of themselves having that impression then how can they disregard something about which they are not even aware or not fully aware?

So, anyway. The Savers grapes are perceived as less worthy. In fact they're probably the exact same grapes, simply the packaging designed to make it look less appealing. Whilst not under £1, and could do better, at other times, elsewhere, as regards shopping in M at the moment and not having a sorted out list vs somewhere else, if I had to, it would be best to have a 500g pack of Savers grapes at £1.25 than the more costly packs - even after the mbuy price - that give somewhat less product per pack.

You are right, when I 'opted in' yesterday there was absolutely no mention of a minimum spend requirement - I read the t&c's very closely several times checking for just that.

I cant see the 3 for £10 chocs on .com:cool:

Me either- I suspect the Op has caught sight of an impending update which unintentionally went live and then was hidden again until tomorrow/when the offer starts as their offers tend to update on Wednesday night/Thursday morning?

There seems to be a few more items at £5 than I remember which may be a sign that prices have been increased ready for a 3 for £10 offer.

    Just a theory

So, the reasonable adjustment that you have to make is that you disregard all impressions, including all impressions of which you are unaware:D+.

Oh, at last, a consolation prize:(. Been entering receipts and nothing at all until this one:

    Why £1.39?

12 items (8 different) on your bill qualify for comparisonASDALogoWhite.gif Morrisons

    CheaperSignBlue.gif+£0.96
0.36 x ASDA Bananas by Weight per kg£0.24£0.24
2 x ASDA Eden Falls Natural Mineral Water Still (2L)£0.90£0.90
    1 x ASDA Mixed Peppers (3)£0.99£0.99
    1 x ASDA Green Seedless Grapes (500g)£1.50N/A
    1 x Hartley's Best Strawberry Jam (340g)£1.00£1.49
    1 x ASDA Plain Brioche Fingers (4)£0.75N/A
    1 x ASDA Plain Teacake (4)£0.65N/A
    1 x Vedrenne Vanilla Syrup (250ml)£2.00N/A
1 x Lemsip Max All in One Cold & Flu Capsules (16)£3.50£3.50
1 x Cravendale Pure Semi Skimmed Milk (2L)£1.90£2.00
1 x Tropicana Pure Premium Smooth No Bits Orange Juice...£2.00N/A
1 x ASDA Chosen by You Caramelised Onion Houmous (200g...£1.00N/A
1 x ASDA Chosen by You Black Pepper Muffins (4)£0.50N/A
1 x ASDA Mature British Cheddar (325g)£2.00N/A Wrong cheddar:p, others available comparing better.
1 x ASDA Chosen by You White Muffins (4)£0.50N/A
3:( x Nescafe Dolce Gusto Skinny Cappuccino (8)£10.00£11.31
    2 x Bertolli with Butter Spread (400g)£3.94£3.00
    Comparison total (compared products only)£22.47£23.43

Due to the expensive grapes being N/A:j vs Morries no doubt. Thank goodness the White Muffins did not compare against M at full price, as M don't have Black Pepper Muffins to go onto 2 for £1 at M for them?

I'm only pleased they didn't buy the Cafe Menus. £1 in A and £2 or more 'everywhere' else! I saw one person - actually this is my next M story - picking up some expensive own brand cappuccino in M though - a bit over £1:eek:. Pointless getting that, this week, one day after the points offer that had been on it had been removed. They should have picked up the £2.29 Nescafe Cafe Menu, as that works out cheaper, on a comparison vs A at £1:rotfl:!

+Ah, but if we are "unaware" of an impression, then we must be disregarding it, you say. But you are missing the point, I reply. The impression of which you are unaware does have an influence on you, even though, of definition, you do not know of it and therefore you are unable to disregard something of which you have no knowledge of influencing you.

I doubt this cuts any ice though - as usual!:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
