Sorry for not posting the decision made for my appeal, but things have been going on for the last few months which made me to almost forget about it. Anyhow, here is the outcome:

Reasons for the Assessor’s Determination

It is the Appellant’s case that the parking charge notice was issued incorrectly.

The Operator has not produced a copy of the parking charge notice, nor any evidence to show a breach of the conditions of parking occurred, nor any evidence that shows what the conditions of parking, in fact, were.

Accordingly I have no option but to allow the appeal

Of course they did not contest it, the whole thing was a con from start to finish.

Now, leaflet everyone in the complex briefly telling them the story, post it on the notice boards, ask your landlord to send a cease and desist letter to the MA, you will find several on here, and tell the MA that he and his tenants opt out of the permit scheme.
