I've tried. Zyban, champix, patches, lozenge, spray, gum, going cold turkey, electronic. Can't afford hypnosis or any more prescriptions
And i've read that book - utter toshsax lol just take a deep breath and smile:):D
Breathing and smiling - can only manage one or the other
