Compensation for Infants

I know a number of airlines, even when agreeing to pay compensation, are refusing it for infants.
You will want to note that this afternoon the CAA amended their website here to make clear their view:
http://www.caa.co.uk/default.aspx?catid=2211&pageid=14023
Anyone refused compensation for infants should bring this to the attention of the airline, and if necessary the judge.

Compensation for infants
The CAA view is that compensation is payable at the same rate as that of adults for infants on an infant fare.
Anyone refused compensation for infants should bring this to the attention of the airline, and if necessary the judge.
