I may have been a little clumsy in my explanation. Here is the list, which I found by googling "orbit homebuy agent approved IFA" and choosing the second option. The link to the list is about half way down in the FAQ which starts " I know nothing about mortgages..."

Contacted one of them, explained everything, said everything stacks up, but it's down to the credit score conducted by Halfiax. Said if I wanted to call back after the date when halifax updates their system they can go through with the application for me.

I think I will stick to the homebuy agent. I have a meeting with a halifax mortgage advisor on the 16th so hopefully all goes well.

Can't really do anything until the 15th im basically in limbo

Looks a bit dodgy on cut and paste, although can see HOMES put the same answer previously and then you realised.

    Ooops

That was the second post in this thread by "HOMES" and both have been deleted when the OP discovered they had used their alter ego.

I don't know if this is a wind-up, but I'm treating it as kosher at the moment.

I don't know who this 'Homes' is or what they are playing at but I have no connection with that person whatsoever. I only have ONE account on this forum.

I am very serious regarding this, and I wouldn't post all of this if it wasn't true. If it wasn't the case, then this would make me a very strange person indeed, who needed help. This isn't the case.

kinh - HOMES has now posted three times in this thread, then the posts are deleted and you reappear.

This may be a simple coincidence.

I am not as nice as Kingstreet.

HOMES, I mean Kinh; you are actually insulting our intelligence. The HOMES post was exactly the same as yours, see my cut and paste (probably about the same time you were cutting and pasting)

You played the old "my friend" card on the earlier ones and loving the reference to photoshop fraud and now come back with something else.

The irony of your "alleged issue" being identity fraud tickles me

I understand what your trying to say, but this 'Homes' person has nothing to do with me whatsoever. I am not insulting anyone's intelligence. This is very serious indeed. I don't have an 'alter ego' I am kinh and kinh only.

There are a few people on this forum such as DCFC and closed among few others who seem to have it out for me, I wouldn't be surprised if it were one of them doing it.

As I previously mentioned, I only have ONE account, I am serious and I am looking to get a mortgage if possible. I'm not a sado. How can I explain posts appearing and then deleting, I have no idea, because It is not me.

    Does "kinh" have any meaning?

    K... I... New Homes, perhaps?

Nope, it was a random name I came up with.

I don't have it in for you at all, far from it, others were a bit sceptical about your posts, i on the other hand didnt see the resemblance and was sat on the fence so to speak, in fact I still am on the fence although the posts ointed out by " Homes " does look a bit suss but that doesn't mean I agree with what Dave Ham has said.
