Also an update on yesterdays very bad news re eldest childs future m-i-l. Well she survived the night which is excllent news as it could have gone either way but lungs and kidneys not looking good as yet. Also some surgery might be needed - I think she went into septic shock.

    So very early days yet.

Apparently its very prevelent in communities in very close proximity. They (assume its medical staff) worked out it actually started just before Christmas - she did have a cold over Christmas. And also they figured out who she got it from. Anyway they are all on antibiotics now, husband 2 lads and eldest child, assume also Nan but not sure about the extended family as they were over on boxing day.

We are OK as eldest child went straight from work to her London weekend and then to us so she was not in contact in those pre Christmas days (only after Christmas when she went home) so cant have given anything to us.

You're having a horrible time, as are the people you know around you. I can only hope this money-saving is providing some (albeit small comfort) respite from it all. My best wishes are with you and everything crossed hoping she pulls through.

    Seems like 'buy in S'.
I know again, unfortunately you're excluded on this by geography: but M's seem to have some reduced prices on E45 at the moment - but seemed still too expensive for me so inevitably I didn't take a note. Always the product that's needed on here I have no record.:(

However, Patty you'll be the one to tell us if any multibuys are working (that is working in our favour) from today? If there are, then we'll be :j. If not, all's not lost, hoping it'll change tomorrow.:)
