In the letter I sent to Sir Terry I gave them 28 days to refund the money for the TV pictured <
(when it was a full refund) or I would pursue court action. The cheque arrived through my letter box for £849 on the 28th day.
They wouldn't have a leg to stand on it you were serious enough to take them to court. For £849 it was worth it, for £3 probably not!!We took on Mr T and we won:D

Tesco Finest* Olives - 3 for 2 offer @ £2.79 each - correct SEL,but shelf edge barker states 3 for £2.
Bought 12 jars; charged £22.32, should have been £8; £28.64 DTD, effectively paid £6.32 to take them away.,0 -

just been to tesco bury, they have a deal on their takeaway range of meals, two mains and two sides for six quid - clearly labelled in store. Go for duck and pancakes, sweet and sour chicken, egg fried rice and samosas.

Went to Tesco today and got 2 small DTD.
Bought some lamb lean mince (500gms) yellow SEL £3.00, pack price £4.00. Ends in 0162
Also Gresinghams 'garlicky chicken', 2 portions of corn-fed chicken breast in 350gm foil tray with cardboard green packaging on front, yellow SEL £3.50, price on pack £4.50.
Ends in 4912.
Got 2 chicken and 1 mince, refunded £6

Tesco finest minature bottles of rose were showing as reduced to £1.70 yesterday but at the till they went through at £1.14 each!! Plus if you buy 6+ you get a further 25% off!!0

Today bought 2 mixed packs of 14 tree decoartions (circles, squares and caramel bells). Large sign on shelf stating cadbury tree decorations any two for £3 or £2.50 each. Went through till at £3.50 any two for £5. Got £4 dtd so two packs (28 decorations) for £1.
Smaller SEL stated packs of 9 cadbury caramel bells £2.50 each or two for £3, but no SEL for larger packs.
Will they last till christmas though in our house
