as i said earlier i reckon memo hasn't filtered through to all stores yet ( my store has been ok up until saturday)either that or they aren't reading it.
that said would love to be proved wrong on this info as asdas where i use/used most of my coupons
I used beanz, ariel and greens in my sada this morning no bother. We are often on here being told that shops are going to stop taking vouchers, it seems to be a store by store thing.
I was sent some in the post recently that look worse than if i'd printed them myself, so how would shops ever know what had been self printed or not?
I stick to buying what it says on the coupon, in small numbers, if they refuse then the item is not purchased.
Each to their own... but depends which assistant you speak to on what particular day... i could of course be wrong.:hello: The grass is not greener, it just looks that way from a distance :hello:0 -

Sorry took a while but my shop was compared to w so didnt think to look at M until nictrinwyn brought it to my attention that it was on offer in M so pulled out my recepit to check and confirm
Looks like it will only work on coke zero then, if the other variety are actually 2 for £3.50 instore.0 -

Have to agree with this. From the outside, this thread looks horrendous and is really unpleasant at times to both regulars and newbies.Get a grip folks please.
Can we please stop with the bullying! Regulars, you know exactly who you are. You are being downright nasty and horrible and showing yourselves up for what many have a problem with. It is NOT OK to on one hand say "the thread is about support and care etc" to then rip into someone who isn't into your clique. Just from skimming the thread I can see the nastiness coming back with all the little jibes at people. Give it up. Please.:mad::mad:
Hi AngelsMadvmissed you posting.
Folk can always see what they want to see and will draw from the thread what they will. Spin is an amazing thing. I guess you view life in a very different light to me looking at some of your comments, but it would be a beige kind of world if we were all the same
This thread is not horrendous, never could be, despite some people's best efforts to derail it. Sure it has bumpy moments from time to time, but that is the intent of the minority. For every unhelpful or critical poster, there are thankfully dozens of lovely peeps who make sure the rightful balance is maintained. It is a bit like a weeble - you can push it and shove it as much as you want but it doesn't fall down. I hope its strength continues to give much loved support to many and much needed bargains to all.0 -
Hi all . Just stumbled across this thread whilst trying to keep up with the (prob) failed L'occitane glitch.
Anyway, this is a fast moving thread and I'm trying to get my head around it. I have read the front page and abbreviations etc. However, there are some bits I am struggling with and I am hoping someone can help explain:
1) trigger items - what are these and how do they work (they seem to be the items that are cheaper elsewhere but not entirely sure)
2) the 2nd post lists lots of products which are in various colour codes. Are these colour codes for a reason? And I am assuming these products are the items that can be found for less somewhere other than Asda (and therefore you can get difference +10% back?)
Sorry for the questions but I am looking forward to giving this price matching business a go. TIA!0 -
Evening all
Just had my results in from a shop this afternoon a v w, the fabulous fingers have compared as expected but the face wash has come back n/a0 -
Hello lovelies,
Be very careful buying Neutrogena pink grapefruit facewash in A now! Watchout beware! Just got home, put in my comparison to Asda and got a nice 3.00A 0.20W comparison for the neutrogena facewash, which has just changed the minute I printed out my APG to 3.00 A N/A W. Never seen this happen before, so I think this glitch may now be fixed!!!
On the plus side, 2 x ww chilli compare very nicely at 5.96A to 5.50W and the 2 x cravendale milk also compares 3.00A to 2.50W:)I am not young enough to know everything.0 -

hi and welcome
trigger item doesnt show up on compare
so makes the other two items compare full price even though the 3 items was paid for 3 for £10
so you need 1 trigger
2 milk tray or 2 fingers plus
8-10 fillers
these can be from list to get bigger apg
or like i do just bits that i general use bread milk
or small items white choc mice smart price items ect
hthbetter to have loved and lost then never to have loved at all.0 -
May I just say a HUGE thank you to all that post on here and all the adorable people that reply when I have asked a thick question. I made 2 booboos today, but looks like 1 worked. Thanks for taking the time to reply. Keep up all the good work and hope you all get shed loads of bargains.
PS. Had to ask at my local store where the fab f tins were as the beggars had them hidden in a corner. The mos said "they are flying off the shelves for some reason". I was like "oh really, wow".
Have a top evening all you lovelies x x x0 -

Useful fillers might include stuff that you would use around the home and buy anyway, like sponges, paracetamol etc
A trigger is an item which forces something else to glitch. Recently we had ambrosia rice which triggered cereal and cleaning, and ambrosia custard which triggered coke. There is no rhyme or reason as to why they do, but they do.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on the Health & Beauty, Greenfingered Moneysaving and How Much Have You Saved boards.
