been speaking with sasds directorates office and they say all stores are stand alone when it comes to complaints and that they cant interfere and that as far as the apgs go (i keep on getting stopped every time with my £8 ones) stores can refuse to take your apgs and also refuse your buisness if they feel your shopping habbits dont suit them
been speaking with many today and they feel same as me that they make things up as they go along

in fact have had 4 offers to give them a list and they will desend on the horrible store im dealing with

Hi AngelsMadv :) missed you posting.

Folk can always see what they want to see and will draw from the thread what they will. Spin is an amazing thing. I guess you view life in a very different light to me looking at some of your comments, but it would be a beige kind of world if we were all the same :)

This thread is not horrendous, never could be, despite some people's best efforts to derail it. Sure it has bumpy moments from time to time, but that is the intent of the minority. For every unhelpful or critical poster, there are thankfully dozens of lovely peeps who make sure the rightful balance is maintained. It is a bit like a weeble - you can push it and shove it as much as you want but it doesn't fall down. I hope its strength continues to give much loved support to many and much needed bargains to all.

That is so true and I love the comparision to a weeble:T:T:T
