    OK folks.

My original "aim" was go get something up and running between the June chart and the September chart to ensure there's not too much overlap (management of challenges).

Had a bit of a play with Google spreadsheets and despite the restriction of one form per sheet, I've managed to set it up with multiple pages and some conditional logic, which appears to be working well.

A broad sweep of this MFW sub-forum shows there's three main objective types going on:
    • Completely clear mortgage
    • Reduce mortgage
    • Build up savings
So with the above in mind, I'm going to set up the challenge with the above objective types, so even if you don't have a mortgage (yet), you can tag along.

I've pulled these challengers out of this thread:

    mortgagenomore
    Trying to be good
    newgirly
    sweetdaisy
    Lomcevak
    gallygirl
    abouttimetoo
    tattycath
    greent
    themadvix
    elantan
    littlefred169
    mfwin2019
    theyorkbrood
    trevorsminted
    Alion
    hoobydoobydoo
    spidystrider
    taka
    brizzledfw
    bungrefurb
    Maybe_its_because
    llydaw
    Tilly MFW in 6 YRS
    MuffinTops
    Spiggle
    misswissy
    Anna Glypta
    tjp70
    Mortgage Reduction Novice
    Exarmydreamer
    foxblade
    megela

who I'll try and PM once the challenge is up and running.

You'll need to register for yourself - posting in this thread doesn't automatically guarantee a place in the challenge as you need to set an objective.

As per previous challenges, you will be allocated a number which helps in the administration. Can't guarantee that you will end up with the same number as in previous challenges.

Oh, and I'm going to include myself in the challenge with the aim of building up some savings, as I expect to be mortgage free soon. Hope that's ok.

I'm hoping to start a new thread for the third version of the three year challenge in the next few days.

    Thanks,
    Financial Bliss.

Thank you, this is much appreciated.
    MFW 67 - Finally mortgage free! 💙😁
  • Pretty please can I join - I promise to try and do better than the last one :o - will have to think hard about the target as getting our house ready for sale and trying to downsize the mortgage a bit hopefully but as we are moving to a more expensive area that is proving tricky

Thanks FB, I'm grateful that you're doing another 3 year challenge, as this one has really pushed me to overpay some big chunks off my mortgage. I'm looking forward to the next 3 years :)
