Trading games is madness. I used to swap toys with my friend for free when I was a kid and was happy. If you are looking for cash then I see how it may help. Blockbuster at one point joined up with gamestation but are now Blockbuster Games,. Buying 2nd hand games from them is , I have found cheaper than Game who seem to sell there used games at stupidly inflated prices. CEX do offer good cash rates. HMV do tradeins as well. I have set up a free advertising site to allow people to buy swap, sell anything for free, no EBay fees! simply advertise and that's it. So instead of a forum it is a site where you swap for free...I guess it will only get used if the scammers keep away and you send your game off to someone and you don't get your game or money in return, but hey I have had that happen with Ebay too, but at least you get protection, and I think that is the key, whilst the bigger shops don't give the best deals you do know where you are at, you get your money or trade and in most cases a warranty. We shall see what happens I think the preowned market is nowhere near it's full potential, but one question, the copyright on the back of these things that says , you can't resell? is that enforcable. I used to work in a games shop when i was a kid (1989) and we got told by Sega that if we sold second hand games they would not let us sell new games! now look at the market.0

Simple . Best for cash CEX, best to buy used games, Blockbuster, best to buy new games Morrisons.
Loads of people place links in forums seen html links to avforums, cex on this thread alone, if the link is pertinent and provides us with a service i.e. get something cheap here or £39.00 off of testdrive 2 click here... how many people would not follow the link.That is advertising whatever way you look at it. I am not sure what the issue is, surely saying cex is a good place to go or "www cex co uk" is not much different? Simple answer, do as I do on my forums; I don't allow links but do allow unlinked in context references!0 -
