  • Oh that one's horrible;
    pic 7 - why a photo of a horrible dirty and mouldy bath and shower curtain?
    pic 9 - surely they could have taken the washing down for the photo?
    pic 13 - see comment on pic 7
    pic 16 - eww!

    What a mess! And to think how i panicked about decluttering before my house went on the market. Perhaps that's why it's now sold though eh?!
    Terribly taken photos too!
  • Oh and i love that the description says "would benefit from minor updating" - if that's minor updating then it's a good job i'm looking for newish or refurbed properties as there's no way i could cope with "minor updating"!

    Wonderfully flowery description from Lee and Tamasine, plus a stream with ducks running underneath the cottage!

    Looking out from the stable door in the kitchen across to the bee orchids in the churchyard, Lee and Tamasine relish the picturesque scene as they enjoy their morning coffee.

    It's such a beautiful old church. As the seasons change, we see all sorts of flowers in the churchyard. It's just stunning, said Tamasine.

    While every window in the cottage offers a view fit for a postcard, it is the serenity of the garden that the couple cherish the most.

    We love sitting outside listening to the stream and the birds, said Lee. The cottage is surrounded by trees and wildlife - we are always spotting pheasants and fl y catchers and there is even a green woodpecker that comes to visit us.
    You can also hear the stream from the kitchen, which is very relaxing, said Tamasine.

    In the summer ducks paddle under the cottage and nest on the banks.

    There are 6 para's of waffle and not even a floor plan. Enjoy!
    It is a good idea to be alone in a garden at dawn or dark so that all its shy presences may haunt you and possess you in a reverie of suspended thought.

    Picture 6 - you can't tell from the photo that the farmer has just sprayed slurry.
    No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?
