madasafish

Hi

I've been with madasafish since it first started (used to be the daily mirror!) and have had no problems.

I'm just got my latest bill

Internet (Madasafish Max Plus...20GB) £22.91
Madasafish home phone £15.08 (with caller display)

£45.58 with VAT

is this an ok price?

    Very expensive.

Madasafish is a Virtual ISP that's effectively run by Plusnet trading under the name of Brightview. Virtual ISPs were all the rage many years ago, effectively reselling a mainstream provider under a different name. They gradually closed over the years but a handful still continue to limp on.

Considering Plusnet do a broadband tariff (Extra) for half that price with three times as much download (60Gb) at £11.49 a month, line rental at £12.99 a month and caller display at 99p a month, a total of £25.47 a month assuming just the free evening and calls package as standard. Even with Anytime, still comes in at a third off what you're paying at the moment.

    Hi WaxiesDargle,

If you'd like to switch from Madasafish to Plusnet we can do this if you'd like? Just give our support team a call on 0800 4320200 and they'll set the process going for you. As the only order we need to place to move you over is a modify order to add the Plusnet connection realm to your line we can also do it with no down time for your service.

We are indeed owned by BT Retail but still operate independently.
