£25-02 received from Greasy Palm on the 9th - not sure how that one slipped in without me noticing. Cash back was due from Oct last year, which I had to chase - really pleased thats arrived as I had almost given up hope :T

Just located £11 credit balance on a credit card statement and have requested it be transferred to my bank account. Bought some more goodies at charity shop this morning for ebay - but my goodness charity shops are dear these days!

We are considering taking in foreign students over the summer. £12 a day each. We did it last year - bad experience with one student (who signed up to !!!!!! sites using my bank details!) but otherwise fine and if you can squeeze more than one in, a pretty decent money spinner.

I think the charity shops are really dear too, the one near me charges £4 for a top from pr::::k!!

At last I have something to add. An eBay sale which made £11.20, £1 win on a scratch card, and I used my Boots points on a planned spend of £35. That brings my total now to £70.

It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Got an email from cashbackkings this morning saying they bad been bought by froggybank. It says you " may have the chance to get your CBK balance back" but the site says this:

"c)We did not purchase any previous transactions, liabilities or cash balances. Therefore we are not liable for any transactions, Cashback or other liabilities owed to You by the previous owners of CashbackKings.com"

I only was waiting for £5 (since bloomin January) but others will doubtless be in for much more.

Did you notice the bit in the email about the 'chance' to get the previous cashback back?
I had £70 waiting to be approved when it went bust, looks like I'm still not going to get it.

Yes I was just coming on to add that the email does say:

"This is your invite to login and automatically get a "VIP Member" status and benefit from

    1. No Admin Fee - for life
    2. Double entries into all our draws
    3. Chance to get your previous CBK balance back"

Hope they will honour it for you
