I have just come back from attempting to use my earliest DTD voucher in T and had it refused by the manager (all vouchers to be seen by the manager) after a looooong wait at the head of a disgruntled queue. The date and time match but then the first set of digits on the voucher has an extra 0 in front and the third set on the voucher is missing a 9 in front. I thought the stores knew about these differences? Advice needed please!!!

Straight on the phone to customer services. Emphasise how upset you were by the experience. They will make sure your vouchers OK and put a note on your file for when you go in next. :j
I am firmly across the line. I won't impose my values on you if you keep away from mine.

    beef again pleaseeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

I bought the silverside that was shrink wrapped, the one without added fat, and it was the same price as the other £8.98, so will this work with dtd

    thanks

I bought Silverside today. It wasn't shrink wrapped and had the same barcode as the confirmed photo on SS. Fingers crossed for tomorrow. However, it was paid for with a well recycled voucher so will put it down to experience if NA .
PS And probably try again to get it right next time. Sorry not sure that has helped you at all

I am only buying things I normally buy, Just perhaps upgrading to branded versions or slightly different menus.

    Regards

Isn't it lovely being able to buy branded goods instead of having to always use value stuff.

Get them to call customer services next time. I emailed CS about this and was left a lovely answerphone message by a gentleman in CS explaining it wasn't a problem. I was wondering earlier if I had saved it just in case:D

  • Just back from Mr T and it's official......

:eek:I GOT THE LAST EVER BETTY CROCKER!!!

The shelf was bare but I spotted the last one of it's kind in the reduced section, all sad and lonely lying on it's side:(. Had a wee sneaky peak and there wasn't a whoopsie on it so it was all mine.

Silly billy that I am though, forgot to peel off the MOC at the checkout:doh:.
