I have just come back from attempting to use my earliest DTD voucher in T and had it refused by the manager (all vouchers to be seen by the manager) after a looooong wait at the head of a disgruntled queue. The date and time match but then the first set of digits on the voucher has an extra 0 in front and the third set on the voucher is missing a 9 in front. I thought the stores knew about these differences? Advice needed please!!!0

Tried 3 stores today for the beef in two counties in North Scotland, nothing matching the 02365 number or even close!!
Hope the vodka works though. 1 Lr Smirnoff £20.49 Mr T, £13 Mr A, Net cost £5.49 : )Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.0 -
I do hope the bacardi comes back confirmed tomorrow as Ive already opened mine, to console myself because I can't find the vaseline lip therpay tin I bought - so small - probably left it in the trolley or something.
OH says I am borderline obsessed with dtd. Obsessed, moi?
I think Ive bought all the fray bentos steak pies and princes salmon and oral b toothbrushes in my Tesco. The shelves are empty. OH says I should give them away as presents. Can you imagine someone's face when they unwrap a gift and find a piggin pie  - not going to part with my pies. they may come in handy one day.Love, through the trees, past the sky, beyond the northern lights; and I won't let go. May your soul and spirt fly sweetheart x

Someone was asking for the link to the shoe box appeal for troops out in Afghanistan...
http://www.operationshoebox.co.uk/index.html
You fill a shoe box with up to 2kg of items such as toiletries,Toothbrushes & Toothpaste, Roll on deodorants, (NO AEROSOLS!!), Cup-a-soups, Pot Noodles, Tea Bags, Cereal Bars, Crisps, Peanuts, Cheddar biscuits, chewing gum, puzzle books etc then send it to the troops serving abroad!
You can include a note or letter. Free posting as well.
http://www.operationshoebox.co.uk/index.html
Or if you already know someone serving out there you can send it direct, I've been sending my son in law a box each week for the last 3 months he's due back next monthIf you see someone without a smile give them one of yours,
It wont cost you anything!

I also bought 6 tonight, hope dtd works on them. I don't need them but I want them, who can resist Cadbury's chocolate?....:rotfl: Even if dtd not work then I will still enjoy eating them..:rotfl:Born to glitch0 -

Asked this earlier but these posts move so fast,
What do use compare the Tescos finest range to on dtd?
Thanks
ASDA Extra something, weight/size no more then 10% difference hth
PS. I got 3 x 2l of Diet Coke today so will report back tomorrow
And want the finest pizza if it works, someone got some today :T
PS2. let's stop the all criminals/too many shops a day talk! it takes us nowhere, builds up the thread with rubbish and makes it harder to spot the great deals we find... everyone does what he finds is ok and it's not to be discussed here I think :beer:0
